Throughout his life, Dr. Kraig Kottemann has seen first-hand the amazing effects that orthodontic treatment has on the lives of patients.
Dr. Kottemann is passionate about the new technologies that have been recently incorporated in the orthodontic profession, making treatment times shorter and much more comfortable for patients.
He continued his education, focusing on the advancements in new wires, temporary anchorage devices, and laser treatment, which continues to make orthodontic treatment exciting and brings new challenges to the field. He’s also a board-certified orthodontist.
Dr. Kottemann is dedicated to serving our community. He partners with Dental Lifeline Network to provide orthodontic care for elderly and disabled patients, giving expert care to those who may not otherwise have access.
When he’s not creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Kottemann enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, a pediatric dentist in the Anoka area. They have three children: twin girls, Valerie and Olivia, and one boy, Rian. They also have an incredibly naughty puppy named Louie.
Dr. Kottemann spends most of his time chasing his kids around the house but does enjoy basketball, water sports, and playing golf when he gets the chance.
